Welcome to Oh My Land Club (“Oh My Land Club”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, memberships, services, bookings, programs, events, SMS communications, and facility.
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing services, booking activities, opting into SMS communications, or entering our facility, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Use
Oh My Land Club provides indoor play, family entertainment, memberships, events, birthday parties, and related services.
You agree to use our website and facility lawfully, safely, and respectfully.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or remove any individual from the facility for:
- Unsafe behavior
- Disruptive conduct
- Harassment
- Abuse of staff or guests
- Violation of facility rules
- Fraudulent or improper activity
2. Parent and Guardian Responsibility
Parents and legal guardians are fully responsible for supervising minors in their care at all times while using our facility or services.
Oh My Land Club staff are not responsible for supervising children unless explicitly stated as part of a supervised program or activity.
Children and guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
3. Assumption of Risk
Participation in indoor playground activities and related programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Slips and falls
- Collisions
- Minor injuries
- Physical exertion
- Equipment-related incidents
By entering the facility or participating in activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for yourself and any minors under your supervision.
4. Waiver and Release
Participation in certain activities, events, or programs may require the completion of a separate waiver or liability release agreement.
Failure to complete required waivers may result in denial of participation or entry.
5. Memberships
Memberships are:
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
- Valid only for the registered member(s)
Membership benefits, pricing, terms, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of membership privileges
- Fraudulent activity
- Unsafe or inappropriate conduct
6. Bookings and Events
Party bookings, private events, and reservations may require deposits or advance payment.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the type of booking or event.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Missed bookings are non-refundable
- Unused services are non-refundable
Oh My Land Club reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed before participation in paid services, events, or memberships.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, billing inaccuracies, or technical issues at any time.
8. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified:
- Membership fees are non-refundable
- Event deposits are non-refundable
- Missed sessions or unused visits are not refundable
Approved refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of Oh My Land Club unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Health and Safety Rules
For the safety of all guests:
- Sick children or guests should not enter the facility
- Socks may be required in designated play areas
- Food and beverages may be restricted in certain areas
- Dangerous, reckless, or aggressive behavior is prohibited
We reserve the right to deny entry or request immediate departure for health, safety, or operational reasons.
10. Photography and Media
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken within our facility during events, activities, or public sessions for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes.
By entering the facility, you acknowledge that photography or video recording may occur.
If you do not wish for you or your child to appear in promotional materials, please notify us in writing before participation.
11. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from Oh My Land Club, you consent to receive text messages related to:
- Membership notifications
- Booking confirmations
- Event reminders
- Promotions and marketing offers
- Customer support communications
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
